JOB DESCRIPTION

The Logistics Associate will report to the Logistics Supervisor, assisting with the day-to-day operations of the shipping warehouse. The primary function of this role is to assist with order picking and order packing initiatives, aiming to package orders with accuracy and efficiency. This will serve to ensure PlantX customers receive their online orders in a timely fashion, whilst also ensuring their orders are correct. The Logistics Associate will work as a crucial part of the Southwest Las Vegas team, and will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Assisting in fulfilling all orders daily

• Retrieving products for orders assigned during each shift

• Packing products with accuracy in accordance to company standards and procedures

• Working with the Southwest Las Vegas team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently

• Placing new inventory in the stock location provided by the Logistics Supervisor

• Preparing daily shipments for courier pickup (Ground 2 pm, Express 3 pm)

• Immediately advising the Logistics Supervisor if any products are lost and/or stock levels are different from reporting

• Assisting the Logistics Supervisor with receiving daily/weekly deliveries from outside vendors

• Other warehouse and shipping responsibilities as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school, GED, or equivalent diploma

• Ability to prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail

• Punctuality and reliability are crucial

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in high quantity and quality

• Ability to work as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
