PLANT MANAGER - INJECTION MOLDING
Excellent Opportunity!! Plastic Products is a 100% Employee Owned Company, looking for a Plant Manager to manage our facility in West Branch, IA.
Candidate must have:
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with technical injection molding process, quality, tooling and materials management systems.
- Environment is fast-paced, action oriented, and high energy.
- Individual must have high-level organizational and time management skills to balance time and priorities.
- Position is responsible for overall efficiency, safety, and profitable operation of facility.
- Requires coordination of all production floor activities, including scheduling needs, toolroom, and equipment maintenance.
- Candidate must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to build an effective team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
