Position Summary:
The Marketing & Promotions Manager will aid in the development and implementation of all aspects of marketing, public relations and advertising/promotion for a multi-state night club operation. This position has a home-base at our Raleigh, NC location, but will offer marketing assistance for our 7 locations.
Principal duties & responsibilities of this position include:
- Proactively develop marketing campaigns to improve visibility and enhance community understanding of Night Club Brand. Develop specialized marketing campaigns for internal and external use.
- Conceptualize and manage employee activities and promotional opportunities within the communities that we serve.
- Assistance with content management & development of website. Creatively manage our websites for enhanced outreach to its members, customers and potential new customers.
- Assistance with Search Engine Optimization & Social Media Analytic Management
- Propose, develop and oversee production of marketing ads and other materials for use in various venues. To include Radio, print and digital buys.
- Responsible for regular social media posting
- Responsible for cataloging, maintaining and updating our marketing and photo files.
- New club start up marketing plan implementation and execution.
The ideal candidate for this position has:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications or similar field
- A working knowledge of web-based marketing, SEO, Ad-word campaigns, Pay per click, web site content management.
- Experience with social media management on all social media platforms
- Working Knowledge of Graphic Design (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Experience with event-planning & event-management
- Experience with internal and external promotional marketing
- Possesses a high level of creativity, energy and enthusiasm.
- Excellent oral and written skills required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Experience in nightlife marketing is preferred but not required.
- Photography/videography experience is a bonus.
This position will work in conjunction with our marketing team and will report directly to our Director of Marketing & Chief Operations Officer. Must be available for full-time work Mon-Fri 10am-6pm with flexibility plus some additional weekend/event hours if necessary. Must be ok with occasional travel to other location sites and in-and-out-of-town promotional events.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
