Roles & Responsibilities

• Position including building electronic panels beginning with an empty box using building instructions from a touch screen computer.
• Duties include: following guidelines for wiring, sticker placement, hinge and door placement.
• All workers are provided with a building station including a work bench, hand tools, touch screen computer and stool/antifatigue matt.
• On the job training will be provided using a shadowing method.

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to match numbers on wiring and instructions sheets.
• Able to follow color diagrams
• Understand basic building instructions following instructions left to right and top to bottom

Minimum Qualifications

• Looking for candidates interested in working with basic hand tools including screwdrivers, wrenches
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Build on knowledge base and be able to move into different and more complex panel boxes.
• Support training new hires once trained
• Able to follow color diagrams
• Able to stand for an 8 hour work day
• Able to lift 20 lbs. unassisted
• Dress code: steel tip boots day 1 and long pants (jeans or khakis)
