Play & Learn in Blue Bell is seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team of Early Childhood Educators. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a stimulating and supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of our youngest learners.

We are seeking a qualified Toddler teacher who will:
- Create a warm and nurturing atmosphere for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child, recognizing and celebrating their unique milestones and achievements.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and families, maintaining open communication and sharing regular updates on their child's progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and training opportunities to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
- Adhere to all state licensing regulations and center policies.
- Implement Play & Learn’s Curriculum
Qualified applicants will meet the following requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- CDA or 6 credits in Early Childhood Education
- Two years child care experience in a formal setting (child care, nursery, school, preschool)
- Physically able to lift a minimum of 40lbs, work indoors or outdoors. Must be able to engage in physical activities with the ability to lift, sit, stand, walk, crouch, push, pull.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
