What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Sporting Event Manager position at Playbook Sports?
We are looking for a Temporary Event Manager to help facilitate and oversee our youth athletic events. This event will be held at Toyota Arena on February 20, 2024 (Tuesday) and this job goes from 4:30pm - 10:30pm. Playbook Sports prides itself on inclusion, diversity, and equity. In this position you will work on:
- Spectator/player Check-in
- On field assistance coordinating teams and keeping to schedule
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of event management experience
- Sporting event experience preferred
- High-stress tolerance
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good with children
- Must have a working laptop
