Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including but not limited to employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and values
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Manage the performance management process, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
- Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources management
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related software
