Position Title: Web Department Associate

Accountable To: GM/Store Manager, Web Manager, Shipping Manager and Assistant Managers

Exempt or Non-Exempt: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Job Purpose

Responsible for verifying and packing web orders efficiently, checking in merchandise, and warehouse maintenance.

Responsibilities

1- Safely, and within shipping guidelines, package product for web orders, store transfers and couriers.

2- Utilize Shipworks application to make labels for shipments.

3- Handle all incoming freight from UPS, USPS, FedEx, couriers, and various truck lines.

4- Manage/verify orders within Counterpoint application.

5- Be knowledgeable of whereabouts of product on retail floor, backstock and understock.

6- Spot and investigate fraudulent orders

7- Inspect product for damage and accuracy.

8- Inspect all incoming merchandise deliveries

9- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and safe and clean warehouse performing daily duties required in order to do so.

10- Always maintain a professional demeanor when relating to superiors, coworkers, customers and shipping companies.

11- Comply with company policies and procedures.

Skills/Competencies

1-Possess interpersonal skills crucial for relating to customers, coworkers, and management.

2-Possess basic arithmetic skills and be computer literate.

3- Demonstrate the ability to learn procedures and follow instructions with confidence, cooperation, and flexibility.

4- Must be able to multi-task is self-directed and detail oriented.

5- Possess stamina.

Experience

The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized and physically able to lift 40 lbs.

Shipping, receiving, and art materials background a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
