Supervise Allways Meet & Greet service team on a range of daily operational tasks, including but not limited to Staff Supervision and Training, Meet & Greet, Porterage service, Transaction Handling, Buggy Meet & Greet service and Resting Area. Promote a guest-friendly, efficient and approachable environment to accommodate guests’ requests.

Key Responsibilities
Supervision
- Be fair, just and impartial
- Uphold the company’s and airport’s image
- Oversee the daily operations of all Allways services across all terminals
- Monitor and ensure all staff works in accordance to prevailing guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and Airport Authority’s regulations
- Monitor daily reservation requests and report to Duty Manager
- Handle administrative tasks including staff roster and duty assignment of Guest Service Officer, Porter and Buggy Meet & Greet for reserved service requests
- Ensure service deliveries are smooth, timely and meet guest’s expectation
- Promote a staff-friendly and motivating environment for all staff
Service Arrangement
- Arrange and ensure in advance sufficient manning to support daily operational and business needs
- Communicate and liaise with related authorities, if required, about on-the-day service bookings
- Ensure the team is able to handle special law-abiding requests raised by the guest
Meet & Greet
- Assist to handle daily Meet & Greet service whenever necessary
- Perform Meet & Greet duties as outlined in Guest Service Officer Job Description, whenever necessary
Porterage
- Assist with carrying guest baggage
- Perform Porterage duties as outlined in Porter Job Description, whenever necessary
Reception Stand / Kiosk and Transaction Handling
- Perform Reception Stand / Kiosk and Transaction Handling duties as outlined in Guest Service Officer Job Description, whenever necessary
Resting Area and Reservation
- Assist to handle daily operation of Resting Area
- Perform Resting Area and Reservation duties as outlined in Guest Service Officer Job Description, whenever necessary
Buggy Handling
- Assist to handle Buggy Meet & Greet services, whenever in lieu of Buggy Meet & Greet
- Perform Buggy Handling duties as outlined in Buggy Meet & Greet Job Description, whenever necessary
Guest Experience
- Proactively seek guest feedback during the service
- Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional and acceptable manner outlined in Standard Operating Procedures and in line with company’s guidelines and Business Code of Conduct
- Ensure all guest complaints are properly resolved and documented for future training purposes
- Handle enquiries and assist guests to make reservations via phone calls, email and walk-in enquiries
Others
- Report to Duty Manager in a professional manner
- Adhere to company guidelines, policies, Standard Operating Procedures and Airport Authority’s regulations
- Perform duties on-time
- Attend scheduled trainings as required
- Provide necessary trainings to staff
- Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities
- Take ad-hoc lawful assignments according to instructions

REQUIREMENTS
- Able to be on your feet and walk for long periods of time.
- Able to work flexibly according to assigned shift hours; different times of the day, including over-night shift, according operational needs
- Possess a valid US Driving Licence issued by the US government with no prior conviction to vehicle-related offences
- Able to deliver excellent guest service and ensure standards of service are consistently executed at all times
- Able to work independently and harmoniously in a team environment
- Able to work under pressure
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility
- Be proactive, enthusiastic and maintain a positive attitude at all times
