Position:
PleasureLand RV Center is currently hiring for a full time, year-round Parts Sales Associate. This position provides excellent customer service and makes sure that the customers experience at PleasureLand is number one. The Parts Sales position has the following hours expectations: Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist customers by satisfying their parts needs from the the first impression to the closing of a sale while providing the best customer experience.
- Willingness to continually expand product knowledge
- Assist shipping/receiving; From receiving parts in to helping package up parts to get shipped out.
- Work as a team ensure the store is kept in a clean and orderly fashion; this includes cleaning the floor to setting up displays when needed.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy by completing cycle counts.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred
- General sales skills and RV knowledge
- Communication skills; both verbal and non-verbal
- Computer/Internet skills
- Must be self-motivated
- Positive attitude and honest
- Goal Oriented
- Well organized
