HOW YOU WILL DO IT Provide training coordination and administrative duties in support of activities and programs provided by the site technical training team. Key Job Accountabilities: Manage site training materials and schedule. Cornerstone and orientation training administration. Managing responses to training inquiries. Manage compliance to current training matrix requirements and updates. Communicate site training metrics. Additional Accountabilities: Administer and coordinate system support related to training activities such as course entry, participant enrollment, and course closeout. Manage customer specific training needs scheduling. Site training course assessments. Create and distribute communications related to training activities. Work independently; set work priorities, plan workload, and make routine decisions. Maintain training supply levels, re-ordering supplies using cost effective vendors as necessary. Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated <5%). Education/Experience Qualifications: A minimum of an Associate’s degree is required; an Associate’s degree in Business is preferred. Less than One (1) year of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
