PLS Corporation, a land surveying company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the office in Loveland.
Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate project schedules and calendars
- Communicate with clients on project parameters
- Data entry of projects into database
- Data entry of project time for invoicing and payroll
- Provide support to survey manager as needed
Qualifications
- High School or equivalent;
- Strong organizational, communication, decision-making and writing skills
- Candidates must have the ability to work well with clients and support our office staff
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in QuickBooks highly desired.

Salary range is $16 - $22 an hour.
