Responsibilities
- Plan and replenish inventory into various warehouses (Amazon, Walmart, etc.). Ensure dynamic response to Amazon FBA inventory limits and supply chain challenges to update everchanging forecasting and communication requirements.
- Identify optimal shipment and transportation routes.
- Forecast future demand to ensure proper ordering and replenishment into various components of the supply chain.
- Ensure inventory is accurate in the Warehouse Management System.
- Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials, stocks, and supplies located in several locations. Review existing inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Maintain operational oversight to ensure superior performance, and to drive continuous improvement through identifying opportunities to automate and scale physical processes.
- Generate and communicate highly accurate, accessible efficiency and effectiveness metrics.
- Creatively resolve problems and make department impacting decisions in a highly ambiguous environment.
- Maintain ownership of optimized local stock levels in effort to decrease cost-to-serve and increase efficiency of stock holdings, and implement reporting to facilitate analysis.
- Design, assess, and implement new strategies and initiatives to continuously exceed expectations, and drive continuous improvement through implementation of Supply Chain best practices.
- Work alongside current team members.
Compensation
In the spirit of wage transparency, the base salary range for this position is $22-27/hr. Compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education and geographic location. We believe in the importance of pay equity and also consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Benefits, bonuses, and other discretionary pay may be provided as part of the total compensation package

Skills / Education / Physical Requirements
- Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Analytical thinking, problem solving and coding skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
- 2 years of experience in logistics/supply chain, procurement, in stock, logistics, FBA, or inventory management.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines and firm understanding of physical and portfolio fundamentals across supply chain, operations and category.
- High attention to detail including precise and effective communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Experience managing trade-offs and evaluating opportunistic new ideas with a practical, common-sense approach.
- Lifelong learner - have the aptitude and openness to continuously learn and improve.
- Ability to bend, reach and lift up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis as required.
- General knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Google Spreadsheets
