Administrative Assistant
Job Type: Part-Time (Monday & Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
Location: On-site
Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience/Engagement:
- Ensure positive customer experience through effective communication & problem solving.
- Manage communication channels, including calls, text and emails in a timely fashion.
- Assist in scheduling- optimize schedule for route density and max billable hours.
- General Admin:
- Perform daily closeout procedures for completed jobs.
- Respond to inquiries, handle invoicing, and assist with payment-related issues.
- Check and handle physical mail, including depositing checks.
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update information for client and employee records
Requirements:
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Problem solving
- Basic Computer Skills (email, CRM, excel, etc)
Note: This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and skill development.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
