The Warehouse Manager is responsible for a range of activities required to aid in the ordering,
sourcing, stocking, pulling, organizing, and maintenance of the shop and grounds.

Reportable Objectives
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Pull from inventory to assemble parts & fixtures needed for each job (Slab/Rough/Trim/Sewer)
- Stock shelves and work back stock/returns
- Check All orders in from vendors accurately and according to process
- Notify Purchasing of any order discrepancies immediately
- Properly check, notate, and turn in all packing slips, credit slips, returns, etc.
- Make trips as needed to vendors for stock pickup
- Manage return of product and notify purchasing so credit can be tracked
- Assist in Track equipment assigned to employees as it enters and leaves shop. Verify status of equipment (run it) before issuing and upon return, make notes on condition of equipment at check out and in.
- Perform Inventory on shop monthly (Shared by Purchasing/Shop)
- Maintain and Clean Shop area & Restroom area
- Maintain and Clean grounds area
- Review damaged and extra items to consolidate periodically
- Assembly of valves and parts as required
- Communicate proactively and efficiently with Management
- Insure Shop is ready for morning dispatch
- Insure Shop, Gate, and Fuel pump is locked down and secured throughout and at the end of every day.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Drivers License and good driving record is Mandatory
- Computer and Internet related skills (MS Office, Excel, Gmail, etc.)
- Able to work in a shop environment requiring physical labor throughout the day
- Must be a self-starter with good communication skills
- Must be efficient with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work without supervision once trained, self-disciplined
- Must have strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently and problem solve
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
The work environment requires the ability to work in a moderately physically demanding job a steady pace. Will be required to communicate clearly and professionally in high priority fast moving environments via Email, Text, Phone, and in person.
