We are hiring a full time Service Manager to support a profitable and growing plumbing company in Missoula, MT. The plumbing company has been serving Missoula since the early 2000's and has an excellent reputation.
Responsibilities
- Meet Daily roduction metrics to help support the team in the field
- Design Systems for our technicians to be more efficient and effective
- Ensure technicians are arriving on time and providing them with the support they need
- Oversee Scheduling and Dispatching of technicians
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Provide Weekly Performance Review related to production, invoices, and estimates
- Prepare regular reports for upper management and owners
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. scheduling conflicts, invoice issues)
Skills
- Proven experience as a Service Mangeror similar role
- Experience in invoicing, system designing, project management
- Have a basic understanding of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
Pay & Benefits:
