Plus500 is looking for a Sales Associate to join the newly established subsidiary in Chicago, IL.

In 2021, the Company acquired Cunningham Commodities LLC, a Futures Commission Merchant, and Cunningham Trading Systems LLC, a technology trading platform provider, both of which operate in the futures and options on the futures market in the US.
The Position:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Futures Broker. As a rep of Plus500 FS, you will play a pivotal role in introducing clearing and execution business. . You will be responsible for building a book of clients, executing trades, providing market analysis and insights, and building strong relationships with clients to understand their investment objectives and risk tolerance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in trading or brokerage roles.

In this role, you will be expected to:
● Build a strong book of clients that fit the Plus500 culture.
● Dedicate time to cold calls and connecting with new/prospective clients.
● Execute trades on behalf of clients in futures markets, including commodities, currencies, and financial derivatives.
● Provide market analysis, research, and insights to clients to assist them in making informed trading decisions.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and preferences.
● Stay up-to-date with market trends, news, and developments to anticipate potential opportunities and risks for clients.
● Educate clients on futures trading products, risk management techniques, and trading strategies. ● Monitor client accounts and portfolios, providing timely updates and recommendations as needed.
● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all trading activities
● Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, compliance, and technology to enhance client experience and streamline processes.
● Continuously strive to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
The skills, experience and knowledge you will bring should include:
● Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., Series 3, CFA, CMT) is a plus.
● Proven experience in futures trading, brokerage, or related financial services roles.
● Proven experience with cold calls and networking.
● Strong understanding of financial markets, including futures products, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
● Proficiency in trading platforms, market analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
● High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
● Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings, to accommodate global market hours.
● Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles is preferred.
