As a Solutions Consultant with Plutora, you will provide technical leadership in large, complex environments and partner closely with our customers to translate their business requirements into technical requirements. You will advance customer engagements from post-sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Understand and clarify complex business integration requirements and create eloquent, scalable/manageable designs
- Drive process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders
- Lead technical deep dives to secure the technical scoping of the solution
- Develop cost-effective solutions that meet functional and performance requirements and demonstrate returns for the customer
- Define, influence and communicate the technical direction
- Prepare post-sales client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status report
- Explain complex technical issues to project managers, developers, and architects in an easy to understand manner, and recommend clearly thought out solutions
- Participate in the continuous improvement of Plutora products by making technical contributions and by providing critical updates from the field.
- Implement technical solutions for enterprise systems and build trust with customers in Plutora’s ability to meet their business requirements
- Lead small development teams in multi-phase, heterogeneous work environments, with multiple work streams
- Configure Plutora to meet customer requirements and providing training and mentoring to the customer team
- Work with limited supervision to ensure the successful implementation of the Plutora platform
- Actively test and clearly document implementations, so others can easily understand the requirements, implementation, and test conditions
- Work closely with other internal functions providing feedback on future product requirements
- Provide mentorship on advanced technical capabilities
- Influence the Plutora Professional Services team and contribute to its success
- This position will be required to travel up to 35%
About You

- 5 years’ implementation experience with demonstrated integration expertise
- Experience providing technical solutions development for enterprise software
- Ability to apply technology solutions to real business requirements
- Proven experience in defining and deploying ‘to be’ best practice Release Management and Test Environment Management processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process and technology perspective
- Strong understanding and experience with leading PPM, ALM and ITSM toolsets and how they relate to each other as part of the End to End lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Visio, Word and PowerPoint). Must have ability to understand document and describe complex technical subjects
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems
- Have a track record of successful and referenceable customer projects
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Solid background in IT Delivery, Operational support or consulting, with experience in process analysis and improvement
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Information Technology
