Description
As a Site Supervisor at ParkMyFleet, you will help build the future marketplace for mobility. This role encompasses management of one of our large fleet management parking lot facilities. On a typical day, you will review inbound vehicles, assess condition, communicate with clients and vendors, manage inventory physically and virtually, manage scheduling, and handle disruptions. You will escalate issues and learn new technology. Great communication and organizational skills are essential, as you will work directly with our Lot Attendants and other team members, including HR, Accounting, IT/Tech, security, and other operations associates. You will be required to create/modify schedules and own the coverage of all lot shifts when issues arise. You will be a direct people manager of Lot Attendants and will be required to manage performance-related issues, including weekly 1:1s, short and long-term employee goals, development plans, and performance improvement plans. You will be accountable to standard work checklists for both yourself and your employees. This is a quickly growing company, with opportunities for advancement. This will be a full-time position with the possibility of occasional weekend hours for disruption management.
Responsibilities
- Organizing inbound transportation to a parking lot site
- Resolving discrepancies between various inventory management systems
- Evaluating vehicle conditions and managing appropriate action plans
- Setting up and executing maintenance
- Updating inventory management systems with appropriate statuses in real time
- Using technology ranging from app-based inventory management/condition reporting to web-based software programs
- Onboarding, training, and scheduling Lot Attendants
- Managing Lot Attendants’ performance to set SLAs, Standard Work Checklists, and other KPIs
- Resolving and/or escalating gaps in schedules or other scheduling or inventory management-related issues
Mandatory Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Must maintain a valid Driver License
- All aspects of Microsoft Office, and particularly strong in Word, Outlook, and Excel
- People management experience, including scheduling and interpersonal issue resolution
- Ability to concisely escalate issues and have difficult conversations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with vehicle maintenance
- Experience with any inventory management system

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
