We are looking for a Paid Social Senior Manager to join our team to drive the success of paid social strategy, innovation, and performance for our client brands. You will be a leading voice for C-Suite relationships and provide key social media subject matter expertise and thought leadership to drive innovation with our clients and platform partners. As a Paid Social Senior Manager, you will manage the full team of direct reports and nurture their technical acumen as well as develop their careers and soft skills.

Lead tactical execution and optimization of Social programs, and be responsible for optimizing, implementing, and analyzing marketing activities

Lead creative and messaging strategies that adhere with platform best practices and client goals

Define strategies for campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid social in accordance with client goals

Monitor and evaluate client results and social performance and provide cross channel recommendations to maximize revenue and investment for clients

Manages a team of Social professionals and deploys resources to maximize individual potential & client impact.

Coach junior team members on how to perform daily account management on Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest and other Social platforms for retail clients

Drives adoption of PMG's proprietary technology platform Alli within account, and provides product recommendations that can be leveraged across PMG

Integrates highly technical solutions to create custom solutions for clients to drive business results

Evaluates resource needs across Social needs and identifies opportunities to maximize impact

Serve as the key point of contact platform representatives leading innovation, testing and learning roadmaps and measurement plans

You have 6 years of progressive experience working in digital media and paid social where you were responsible for social media strategy, planning and buying; maintaining multi-million-dollar client budgets; driving implementation and execution; and leading reporting and optimization.

You have 3 years of management experience in digital with responsibility for people leadership, training, and career coaching for technical and soft skills.

You can use Excel and other data analysis tools (SQL is preferred, but not required) for ongoing and ad hoc data reporting, and are able to present data stories and insights for other PMG teams, client representatives, and our platform partners for continuous improvement.
