As a Security Engineer within PNC’s ET&S CIO Fraud Technology , you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ, or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office on a regular basis.Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience
Working with JIRA writing user stories and helping a Product Owner Maintain a healthy work backlog
Familiarity with hardware and software upgrades and deployments
System Data mapping
Requirements gathering and good documentation skills
Being able to work in a fast-paced environment with potential multiple and changing priorities
Actimize experience is preferred but not required
Job Description
- Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
- Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements .
- Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed .
- Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results .
- Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .
