As an IT Systems Administrator Sr within PNC's Linga organization, you will be based in Naples, FL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.As an IT Systems Administrator Sr, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Linga’s IT infrastructure; including Windows servers, Office 365 environment, Active Directory services, LAN/WAN networks, security systems, and desktop support. Specific responsibilities include the following:
-Windows Server and Active Directory Management:
• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, including domain controllers, file servers, print servers, and application servers.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory services, including user and group management, and group policy administration.
-Office 365 Administration:
• Administer Office 365 tenant, including user provisioning, license management, security configuration, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
-LAN/WAN Networking:
• Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity problems, latency, and bandwidth issues.
-Security Management:
• Ensure the security of IT systems and data by implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
• Configure and maintain network security devices, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security solutions.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate security risks.
-Desktop Support:
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and peripheral hardware problems.
Due to the nature of this position we are seeking the following qualifications:
• Experience in IT systems administration roles, with a focus on Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking, security, and desktop support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems (2008/2012/2016/2019) and Active Directory services.
• Experience with Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP).
• Familiarity with network security principles and best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security solutions.
• Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with end-users, team members, and external vendors.
