What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wine Buyer/ Sommelier position at Poached?

As our wine buyer and sommelier, you'll be responsible for the overall direction of the wine program for four restaurants located in Dallas proper.

-Develop and maintain wine program
-Personable and able to communicate with guests with varying levels of wine knowledge
-Assist guests with wine selection
-Develop a training program for staff to learn wine tasting and service
-Order, receive, organize, and sell wine
-Manage wine purchasing and budget
-Able to work well with others, and a team player!
