As a Call Center/Customer Service Representative at our company, you will be responsible for effectively and accurately responding to customer inquiries. You will be assisting owners and guests with reservations and payments. You will resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. You will be working nights 4pm-9pm or 5pm-9pm depending on company needs.

Required:
- Proven customer support experience
- Must be genuinely excited to help.
- Patient and empathetic
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-3 years of experience in the field or related area
- Outgoing personality
- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
- Proficient in MS Office; computer software and internet
- Effective communication
- Must be dependable, self directed and able to work with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer all inbound calls in a friendly and welcoming manner using positive and clear communication
- Make reservations and verify ownership infromation
- Accurately process payments and provide information on billing accounts
- Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to answer a variety of customer questions
- Make outbound calls to followup on inquiries
- Resolve any emerging problems that our owners or guest might face accuracy and efficiency.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
