Job Title: Controller / Line Producer

Location: Location: Tempe, AZ (local candidates to the Metro Phoenix area only)

Department: Video, 3D, VR Reports to: Executive Producer

FLSA: Exempt

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Controller / Line Producer to join our Awesome team! As ourController / Line Producer, you will work closely with our Executive Producer and our other Producers to manage our books, our weekly cash flow, and project budgets.

Job Duties:

Code and Input all incoming bills into Xero Print all checks for bi-weekly processing Call in payroll Create and Manage project budgets with Producer Produce bi-weekly cash flow reports Create job costing reports

Qualifications:

3 - 5 years of experience working in field Extremely Organized A Hunger to raise the bar A Love for Accounting and Finance A Desire to be a part of an Awesome Team Knowledge of Xero is a plus A Insane Attention to Detail

A Willingness to always put in 110%! Pay: Based on Experience

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:

• 3 - 5 years of Controller experience required
