Key Responsibilities/Duties – what you will be doing
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation, business process mapping and redesign, implementation projects, data conversation, system security, system configuration, integrations, testing, training, deployment, and post deployment system stabilization.
- Partner with HR subject matter experts to manage standard business cycles like annual open enrollment, talent enablement/assessment cycle, annual compensation cycle, etc.
- Proactively identify opportunities to use HRIS to solve business needs and enhance user adoption
- Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and security of HR information and records. Responds to outside audits and maintains all internal processes and controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated and complex issues and support requests. Develop and maintain process documentation.
Qualifications – what you need to perform the job
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years’ experience working in HRIS, managing project-related activities, system implementations and process automation. Preferred: functional Workday experience
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including workflows.
- Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with database tools.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills and analytical expertise
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills
- Flexible and able to respond to rapidly changing business needs
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid (one day per week in the Canton, MA office)
