SERVICE MANAGER / DIRECTOR
Responsible for and managing his staff to perform the following duties:
· Warrantee program
· Commissioning systems installed on sites
· Scheduling our internal field techs and our sub-contractors performing field service
· Overseeing the production of technical support materials for training, troubleshooting guides, repair and maintenance manuals. You will have access to Polar engineering team for support
· Maintaining customer relations on service-related issues

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Required
· Strong Management and communications skills
· Associate Degree or Technical Degree or equivalent.
· 2 to 5 years applicable experience
· Process-oriented and creative problem solver.
Ability to work in and promote a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
