Requirements Snapshot: ***MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN ASSISTED LIVING OR SNF***
- Lead and direct the overall operation in accordance with resident needs, government regulations and company policies to maintain excellent care for the residents while achieving the facility’s business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance measures, and Compliance related issues.
- Oversee policy development in conjunction with Director of Operations for the implementation of “Best Practices” while expanding upon active compliance and Quality Assurance Program.
- Understanding of all supplemental services brought for benefit of the residents and working with said services to ensure proper delivery and execution.
- Ensure Case Management is being handled appropriately, and provide support for case management professional.
- Ensure responses for any plan of corrections or deficiencies, as noted by New York State Department of Health, are responded to in a timely manner.
- Oversee the implementation of all policy and procedure.
- Must be a strong leader with great communication skills and a willingness to work both hard and smart.
