What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Coordinator position at Pollen?
Over the next year, Pollen will be tripling its headcount, from 500 to 1500 people globally. The work of the Talent Acquisition team will be mission-critical as Pollen enters hyper-growth mode, and you will be the engine that helps keep the team running. You will support the Commercial Talent Acquisition Managers by enabling the efficient and smooth running of the full recruitment cycle. Your input will be essential in supporting the Talent Acquisition team in attracting the world's leading talent and developing the Pollen talent brand.
In the first 12 months you will:
- Master the end-to-end recruitment administration process and be responsible for: creating roles in Greenhouse and uploading candidates, filtering candidates, moving candidates between different interview stages, collecting references through HiPeople and closing roles. Manage up to 20 roles at one time.
- Become a master at Greenhouse and HiPeople, our recruiting software systems.
- Manage up to 6 external agency relationships for junior and high volume roles.
- Screen inbound candidates on the phone for junior roles.
- Edit job performance profiles to ensure that they are on-brand, accurately reflect the duties of the role, and are correctly formatted.
- Run weekly email outreach campaigns to prospective candidates.
- Oversee and refine our LinkedIn shortlists.
- Coordinate activities between talent managers, hiring managers and the talent operations team to ensure maximum efficiency across the full recruitment process.
- Be hyper-organised, maintain an eagle eye for detail, and an ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced tech scale-up environment.
