Farm Hand
Pollock Family Farms, LLC, is looking to hire a reliable part-time employee for Monday through Friday mornings and some weekends. Location includes several farms in the Ironton, MO, area. Pay is based on experience.
Duties:
- Daily morning feedings of cattle Monday through Friday and some weekends
- Evaluating cattle for health (including making notes for the office of anything that needs attention)
- Fence building, cleaning, removal
- Moving cattle
- Trimming trees, mowing grass, brush hogging
- Cleaning barns and equipment
- Other related farm work as needed
Experience: Minimum 1 year of working in a farm setting or general agriculture environment.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Be able to work alone
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Must have transportation to and from work
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
