Position: Brand Analyst
Thriving Advertising Agency is looking for a driven individual with an ability to maintain attention to detail, think critically, communicate effectively, take ownership in the position & uphold a positive attitude throughout.
Advertising & Marketing
· Serve as day–to–day liaison with agency advertising clients for contracted services.
· Implement advertising and marketing plans designed to achieve client objectives. This may include but is not limited to goal setting, project timelines, commission of market research, market data analysis, strategy, and advertising plan.
· Create design briefs to guide development of campaign creative. Responsible for successful and timely completion of assigned design projects (i.e. television, radio, outdoor, digital content, etc.)
· Implement a social media plan (organic & paid) in collaboration with agency digital media team. Includes content posting, responding, ad placement, and reporting.
· Oversee and purchase campaign marketing materials (i.e. in store displays, promotional materials, etc.)
· Familiar with email, text, ad word, display, and retargeting platforms.
· Can request, review & compile campaign recap of key reporting metrics to evaluate effectiveness of campaign.
· Support senior team members across all agency needs.
Media & Advertising
· Work with agency media planner to develop media plan with objectives, strategy and budget (traditional & digital). This includes recommended mix of advertising outlets used for campaigns.
· Utilize media purchasing software to evaluate, purchase, track, report and invoice media.
· Execute traffic forms & work with agency production team to deliver creative content on a timely basis.
· Track, analyze and develop recap reports for advertising and media results.
Public Relations & Outreach
· Identify PR and outreach opportunities associated with marketing campaigns.
· Serve as primary contact for client sponsored event marketing and outreach.
· Schedule and manage campaign PR opportunities (i.e. interviews, etc.)
· Prepare copy points for agency copy writer to prepare press releases and other promotional materials.
Brand Analyst Job Skills
· Ability to think critically and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication and leadership skills (email, phone, in person)
· Project management experience with attention to detail
· 1-2 years of marketing experience / related field or college degree
· Media buying software experience
· Digital and social media advertising experience
· Knowledge of basic software & office equipment (excel, word, power point, copy, scan)
· Production skills are a plus (graphic design, photography, cinematography)
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
