Job Overview

We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist to support Polly Commercial Lines customers and Account Managers. As a member of the Polly Commercial Lines Team, you will be responsible for improving customer retention by ensuring that our customers receive proactive remarketing to provide the most competitive rates. You will also partner with the Account Manager team to create impactful marketing campaigns and sales proposals to support new business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Remarketing existing customers through all of the available insurance carriers to keep their rates competitive, and improve agency's customer retention.
• Responsible for the re-marketing application process for all insurance lines.
• Supporting the Account Management team with overflow of agency servicing as needed.
• Cross sell existing customers for additional lines of coverage
• Responsible for supporting Commercial Producer team; marketing new business accounts and creating new business proposals.
• Stay informed on new and changing carrier and industry updates and trends and communicate back to the Commercial Lines team.
• Performs other related job duties as assigned and required.

What You’ve Done:

• 2 years’ experience in a professional work setting
• Active P&C license required
• Solid knowledge and understanding of P&C insurance industry required
• Experience with carrier rating sites
• Experience with agency management systems required, AMS 360 system experience preferred
• Ability to manage and prioritize time well, strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills required (written and verbal)
• Strong multitasking computer skills, knowledgeable with Microsoft Office
• Ability to hold self-accountable for department and company standards
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
