Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering incoming inquires and then take appropriate action to provide top-notch customer satisfaction. It will be key for you to continuously develop strong relationships with both our clients and carries. As a Representative, you should be customer focused, detail oriented, and efficient. Additionally, you should be professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Servicing all aspects of client accounts, including policy changes, cancellations, account updates, payments, etc.
- Reviewing new business and communicating any discrepancies with our Client Advisors
- Developing strong relationships with clients and carriers
- Answer incoming calls & emails
- Identity and assess customers’ need to achieve satisfaction
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in all Microsoft office applications
- Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills
- Working comfortably in a high-volume work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
- Experience using AMS 360 or similar software
