Private Dining Director

• Front of House Management roles including, but not limited to, the following:
• To coordinate private dining events in all private dining rooms and for catering events along with ensuring that the staffing and service aspects of each of these events is held up to the standard of Polo Grill
• Plan and Organize all Private Dining Events.
• Manage Service, Setup, and Breakdown for all Private Dining Events including but not limited to:
• Greet each host for the private parties along with being the point of contact for the hosts for all Private Dining events during the event.
• Organizing and Supervising the service staff in setting up each room.
• Organizing and Supervising the service staff in the breakdown and resetting of each room.
• Organizing and Supervising the service staff in checking their work before leaving for the day.
• Other Management Duties:
• Responsible for doing daily checkouts and paperwork for all front of house employees.
• Labor control will also be a function of the MOD duties when needed.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and the appearance and setup of the restaurant inside and outside.
• Be one of the direct supervisors to the hostess, server assistants, servers, and bartenders.
• Help train front of house employees including but not limited to the following positions: hostess, server assistants, servers, and bartenders.
• Responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant and must ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Restaurant Management: 2 years (Preferred)
