What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Field Technician position at Pomeroy IT?
Pomeroy is currently recruiting for a Project Manager role. This is a 6 month contract. This position can work remote. The main responsibility of this role will be supporting a Salesforce Migration project.
The first project is titled Solitude Field Service Migration. Solitude is a Field Service software used by a large number of acquisitions. In short, this software is no longer meeting our needs and is being migrated to a sales force.
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation, implementation, and configuration of the Salesforce Field Service mobile and desktop modules and Salesforce Customer Community module on SOLitude’s Salesforce instance
- Data migration from NAV17 to Salesforce Field Service of customer and service data
- Bidirectional integration between NAV17 and Salesforce using the existing ETL tool scribe to transfer data needed for financial controls, invoicing, and inventory management
- User Training and change management plan to support the transition to a new platform
Out of Scope:
- Power BI Reporting
- Customer online payments and scheduling
