Pomeroy is looking for a Field Service Tech to work on-site in our client's York, PA hospital location.
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong customer service skills, experience with desktop/laptop/printer troubleshooting and repair, a clean driving record and the ability for some local travel in the York, PA area.

Job Description
In this position, you will work as a member of the Field Services team supporting hospital staff by troubleshooting and repairing IT hardware including laptops, desktops and printers both on-site in a hospital setting or off-site at local satellite offices in the York, PA area.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- AS/BS degree in technical field and/or A , Net , Server or similar certification preferred, but not required.
- Experience with desktops, laptops and/or printers. Experience with Zebra printers a plus.
- Previous customer service experience required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to meet client background and health compliance which includes: a clean driving record, nicotine-free, vaccinated against Covid-19, willing to comply with flu shot requirement, willing to wear a face mask on-site
