Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet established sales goals
- Conducting regular inventories
- Evaluate customer needs and make product recommendations often by providing hands on explanations as needed
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers
- Analyzing problems and working out solutions for the customer
- Managing staff, including hiring and discipline
- Additional tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 3 or more years management experience required
- 5 or more years tire sales/service experience strongly preferred
- Tire Sales and Service Knowledge required
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MaddenCo Preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Valid Drivers License and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's Tire Service Standards
