HOUSEKEEPER/JANITOR
Pondsco Facility Services is hiring for a Exterior Porter to support The Parks Mall at Arlington in Arlington, TX.
Pay Rate: $13.25/ Hour
Available Shift: AM Shift
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean/maintain floors
- Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing).
- Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas).
- Follow assigned schedule.
- Perform other general cleaning duties as needed.
POSITION REQUIEMENTS
- Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test.
- Physical requirements of the job consist of repeated lifting of up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking.
