HOUSEKEEPER/JANITOR
Pondsco Facility Services is hiring for a housekeeper/janitor to support the Quail Springs in Oklahoma City, OK.
Pay Rate: $11.00 / Hour
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean/maintain floors (vacuum, mop, carpet spotting)
- Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing)
- Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
- Safely operate floor equipment (scrubbers)
- Perform other general cleaning duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test
- Physical requirements of the job consist of lifting of up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking
