We're hiring our first Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Recruiting team and support the growth of our Go-to-Market functions in our NYC office. The Coordinator will handle scheduling, onsite interview management, and support our Recruiting team, and will have the opportunity to step into full cycle recruiting responsibilities over time. Description
We're hiring our first Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Recruiting team and support the growth of our Go-to-Market functions in our NYC office. The Coordinator will handle scheduling, onsite interview management, and support our Recruiting team, and will have the opportunity to step into full cycle recruiting responsibilities over time. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and be eager to learn and grow in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a go-to point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, handling scheduling and other candidate communications as needed.
- Own the on-site interview experience, ensuring that candidates feel welcomed and prepared for their in person meetings.
- Liaise between hiring managers and candidates in order to create alignment on expectations, process, and timelines.
- Manage relationships & processes with external recruiting partners to provide seamless execution for outsourced searches.
- Maintain accurate job and candidate data in Greenhouse & related tracking systems.
- 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in supporting recruitment or another similar highly organizational role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume scheduling and follow up while providing a high-quality candidate experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System or other transferable CRM skills
- Compensation: $65,000 to $80,000 annually
