A Day In The Life: Operations managers work directly with the Director and Assistant Directors of Operations throughout the Cubs season. They will report to the office before the general staff arrives and assist in setting up for a pre-shift meeting. Once the meeting ends, they will check in with all venues and ensure that rules are being followed, sanitation regulations are being upheld and that everyone has the materials they need to succeed. Once the day ends, they will check that every venue has been shut down properly.
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour
Availability: Monday - Tuesday (All shifts)
Friday - Saturday (Morning & Afternoon shifts)
Expected Hours: 26 - 40 per week
Experience: We prefer candidates who have several years of food and beverage experience on a managerial level. They will need to be able to identify problems and assess those problems utilizing their resources. Candidates will also need to be comfortable with performing disciplinary action when needed.
