A growing industrial services company in Northern New Jersey is looking for a Director of Sales to help build their sales organization. This person will be responsible for building, hiring, and leading a sales team, designing and managing sales funnels, and establishing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Qualified candidates must have 10 years of successful sales and leadership experience building high-performing sales teams, preferably in industrial services. Candidates must be commutable to the Northern New Jersey office. This position offers a base salary up to $200K plus an aggressive commission plan for $300K or more in the first year.
