Senior Reporter, Mergers & Acquisitions

Law360 is seeking a senior reporter to cover corporate dealmaking and the private equity space. This reporter will write regular news stories as well as analyses and features, developing a deep understanding of the beat and a reliable roster of sources. This role can be performed anywhere within the United States. Required: At least two years of full-time, paid reporting experience Demonstrated reporting and writing skills Preferences: Experience covering corporate transactions Experience reporting for a legal audience Experience working a beat Qualified candidates will be asked to complete writing and reporting tests electronically. Law360 offers extensive training on legal topics. Business or legal reporting experience is not required. However, professional reporting experience and strong writing and analytical skills are required to succeed in this job. Law360 offices are located in NYC, Washington DC, and Los Angeles.
