Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you’ll be responsible for creating sales strategies and achieving budgeting goals, while owning all operational practices.

Requirements:

They resolve conflict and overcome challenges efficiently, while effectively planning, prioritizing and managing multiple ongoing projects. Minimum of 5 years of direct restaurant or food service operational experience- Significant experience in managing others to achieve high-performing results
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial statements, operating procedures and company employment and procedural manuals
- Ability to analyze job performance by staff, assess skills and conduct reviews
- Ability to travel to various locations - territory to be determined must reside in Indiana or Michigan
