Responsible for pulling and organizing inventory to fulfill work orders as well as maintaining inventory organization and accuracy.
DUTIES: (Essential Job Responsibilities)
Work safely.
Keep stock properly labeled, receive, check and sort material in Storeroom.
Issue and return material, supplies, and tools to line crews, vendors, and other clients.
Use hand tools in the assembly and disassembly of materials.
Sort, recondition, and restock material in the salvage area.
Operate vehicles, such as forklifts, small trucks, and pickups.
Enter data into the Storeroom Material Tracking System.
Maintain general housekeeping in the storeroom and out in the yard
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required)
Must possess and maintain valid driver's license and maintain throughout tenure in the position.
Must possess and maintain CDL medical card and maintain throughout tenure in the position.
Must acquire PGE forklift certification within 6 months of start date and maintain throughout tenure in the position.
Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
Minimum of three (3) years of inventory/warehouse experience preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year forklift/equipment operator experience preferred.
Minimum high school degree or equivalent.
Knowledge of applicable safety requirements and OSHA regulations.
