Job Responsibilities:

• Develops and manages top-down/bottom-up level plans for sales, inventory, markdowns and margin for all channels of business.
• Roll up of all plans to total, category and subcategory levels for all merchandising metrics
• Conducts in-season reforecast of category unit plans/dollar plans, focusing on future opportunities as well as minimising sales/inventory risks.
• Oversee monthly allocation and replenishment for all channels of business.
• Initiates analysis of business trends, including but not limited to, category performance, regional, selling, and size selling.
• Owns the Inventory Management solution ( currently Stocky) and is/becomes expert on all facets and features.
• Weekly sales analysis and reporting.
• Conducts in-season reforecast of category unit plans/dollar plans, focusing on future opportunities as well as minimising sales/inventory risks.
• Develops & manages the Open to Buy
• Communicates over-/under-bought situations and provides recommendations for resolution.
• Recommends test strategies based on current category performance and initiates analysis.
• LIaison with CFO/financial planning for open-to-buy dollars, total inventory valuation, margin dollars, and establishes a monthly financial reporting on position.
• Oversees monthly inventory reconciliation by location
• Performs other job duties as needed.

What You'll Need:

• 2-4 years MINIMUM of merchandise planning experience.
• Preferred mid to high level experience with Shopify, Shopify POS and Stocky
• Strong communication skills including the ability to work in a team environment, give honest, direct feedback and is a solid verbal and written communicator.
• High level expert in Google Sheets
• Multi-tasker with ability to be flexible
