We are seeking an equally passionate Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to PosiGen's Executive Leadership Team members. The successful candidate will be a mature and poised professional who demonstrates exceptional competence in communications and organizational skills as well as a strong technical command of contemporary computer technologies. The ideal candidate must possess a solid work ethic and enjoy working within a dynamic environment. Additionally, this individual will exhibit solid judgment in diverse situations, with strong communication, organizational and administrative skills, and demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple requests.
This position is based either out of our Corporate HQ in St Rose/New Orleans, LA; or Hybrid in Houston, TX with travel required to New Orleans.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide high-level executive administrative support with demonstrated proficiency required to manage dynamic executive-level demands
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive matters to safeguard confidential, proprietary, and private information
- Schedule and organize domestic/international travel for multiple people and groups
- Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, as required in support of the organization
- Anticipate issues that may interfere with the executive work environment and communicate with proper channels expediently to ensure efficiency
- Work closely with Executives to maintain their calendars, regularly arrange meetings, appointments and conferences
- Prepare expense reports for travel and other business expenses as needed
- Assist Executives by conducting research, identifying required materials, and analyzing information
- Ability to coordinate complex administrative duties and assignments
- Other duties as assigned including providing additional support as needed

- Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; preferably in business studies, accounting, marketing, or finance
- At least 2-5 years of executive administrative experience supporting c-level executives required
- Strong record of success supporting senior executives with internal and external communications, highly confidential information, reporting and analytics, and developing complex presentations
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and other ancillary programs a plus
- Experience coordinating international and domestic travel for multiple people and large groups
