This not-for-profit human services agency is angling for your skills as a Mental Health Care Coordinator to help impact and transform the lives of Children and their families in our Frederick County office.
You will work directly with these families to set goals for independent living, advocating for them with resources in their community, coaching and mentoring them to accomplish their ambitions.
You bring to the table a Bachelors degree in Social Work, or other Human Services-related field and a minimum of one year of case management experience, working with children and families with mental health or behavioral issues. You will demonstrate your competency in relationship management, team orientation, time management, and effective documentation skills.
