Not-for-profit client-centered direct care Human Services organization is looking for a Clinical Coordinator for our Washington County office to work independently according to COMAR regulations, providing clinical supervision for all staff who are providing mental health care coordination for children with a mental health diagnosis and their families.
You will use your strategic thinking to provide supervision and support for individual case conferencing, field supervision, clinical in-service staff trainings, and clinical rounds. You will provide the highest standards of ethical practice to monitor documentation and make recommendations/provide instruction to ensure compliance with COMAR 10.09.45.04 and 10.09.90. Your effective communication skills will be used to inform leadership of staff development needs and provide clinical trainings for staff accordingly. The Clinical Coordinator provides collaborative and collegial working relations with all staff, other community mental health providers, and participants.

Requirements:
- Mental Health Professional with a minimum of a Master's Degree
- Licensed by the State of Maryland to practice in the profession of social work, professional counseling, psychology (LMSW/LMSW-C)
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with individuals who have behavioral/mental health diagnoses
- In good standing with the State of Maryland licensing board related to profession
- Knowledgeable regarding community resources related to mental health and case management
- Valid driver's license, dependable transportation and vehicle insurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
