Responsibilities:
- Tackle challenging personal injury cases and put your clients first
- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop rock-solid cases for our clients with extreme ownership
- Craft compelling legal documents with clarity and candor
- Depose witnesses and parties with reasoned intent
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and the courts with clarity and candor
- Represent our clients in court and mediations with formidable and relentless determination
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice law in Georgia and ready to hit the ground running
- 3 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation and a proven track record of success
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills that demonstrate clarity and candor
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple cases at once with extreme ownership
- Thorough knowledge of court procedures and rules of evidence with reasoned intent
- A team player mentality with the ability to work independently and achieve great results, while always having each other's back
